Changing your Dock

I've been seeing screenshots of people with their Dock in all kinds of colours and with a 2D Dock on the bottom of their desktop. Curious how that works?

Here's how:

Download DockDoctor.

This program allows you to change your Dock from 3D to 2D, make hidden application icons transparent and disable the Dashboard. It also allows you to change the colour of your 3D Dock, put a skin on it and add spacers to it.

It looks really simple too, here's a screenshot of the settings tab:

And here a shot of the Dock Skins tab:

Now for some different styles of Dock!
The default, of course:
Default 3D Dock

Black 3D Dock:

Blue 3D Dock:

2D Dock:

And now something really funky, a skinned Dock!
Rainbow Dock

Very cool stuff to play around with! Also, I hereby promise to buy DockDoctor for $5 when I get my next AdSense cheque...
